Joshua Claudio,
Principal Consultant

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Joshua brings over 20 years of experience in advising and nonprofit leadership. His journey began during his college years (2004–2006), serving as Special Assistant to the General Superintendent for the Hispanic Pentecostal Church and Denomination both in the United States and internationally.

Prior to that, in high school, Joshua worked as a Domestic Missionary, engaging with inner-city youth gangs, supporting poverty alleviation efforts, and establishing church outreach points throughout New York City and Massachusetts.

Following his role as Special Assistant, Joshua served as Vice President of Missions, where he managed organizational fundraising, oversaw capital projects, and led initiatives for the denominational Bible College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
​
Joshua then built a successful career in fundraising, leading complex resource development campaigns for renowned organizations such as The New England Center for Homeless Veterans, Hagar’s Sisters National (Domestic Violence), and Impact Hope International (Africa).
In 2016, he founded a specialized fundraising consultancy focused on supporting small and emerging nonprofit organizations dedicated to social change. To date, he has raised over $50 million to combat poverty, domestic violence, and promote women’s empowerment.
